NEW JERSEY FBI ANNOUNCES
THE ARREST OF Newark - Leslie G. Wiser, Jr., Special Agent in Charge of the New Jersey Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced that FBI agents and officers from the Trenton Police Department and the New Jersey Department of Criminal Justice arrested ISAAC BARLOW, a.k.a. "Chin," age 31, of 427 Monmouth Street, Trenton, New Jersey this afternoon. Also assisting in the arrest was the Mercer County Prosecutors Office and the United States Marshals Service. Barlow is a reputed leader of the Bounty Hunter Bloods street gang located in Trenton, New Jersey. He is charged with Possession With The Intent To Distribute a Controlled Substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(a) and Title 18 United States Code, Section 2 as detailed in the Federal Criminal Complaint dated April 19, 2006. SAC Wiser stated: "This arrest was the result of ongoing investigative efforts by the FBI, the Trenton Police Department and the New Jersey Department of Criminal Justice. Today's actions show that the FBI is committed to assisting state and local law enforcement in their efforts to eradicate violent street gangs and the crime they bring to our communities."
